civil 3d fundamentals: pasting surfaces

image Have you ever wanted to make a surface that was the composite of two other surfaces?

For example, would you like a complete finished ground model consisting of roads, ponds, lot grading and more combined with the original existing ground?

Do you dream at night about it being dynamic to the original surfaces?

Profile Exaggeration Won’t Change? Check if your profile is split (even if you didn’t mean to split it)

Typically, you would expect to see an instant reaction when changing the profile view style vertical exaggeration.

However, there is a new feature in Civil 3D 2008 that will “lock” your exaggeration and possibly cause you some confusion.
