As promised, I’ve uploaded my AU handout here to the site. You can download it after the jump.
For anyone who actually sat in on the class (we didn’t get to see all 250 that were registered since it was on Friday morning…) let me know what you thought. Was the information useful? Did you get anything out of it? Was I really as green as I felt?

Thanks to all of you for your patience as we made the switch from wide open access to logins. We’ve added a Member’s Area link up top to make it easier for you to change your display name, password, etc. without having to leave the site and wait for us or an e-mail.
We’ve also made pages show the teaser bit without logging in. That’s the part that gives you a summary of what the article is going to be about. It hopefully will make the site more useful for those of you that are kind enough to post direct links in the Adesk discussion groups, etc.
Thanks again!

I normally figure you’re quite able of hitting the webcast page yourself, but seeing as how hot this topic was, here’s the scoop for this Friday’s gig:
Join us for this week’s Civil 3D webcast, an Introduction to the Hydraflow Storm Sewers Extension for AutoCAD Civil 3D. Dave Simeone, Civil 3D Product Manger, will give an overview of the new storm sewers extension functionality, provide details on how this functionality will be made available to our customers, and review the recommended workflow for integrating analysis operations with the layout, design, and drafting capabilities of Civil 3D 2008.

Thanks to all of you who attended “Using AutoCad Civil 3D with Third Party Storm Sewer Design Applications” at AU2007 last week. Many of you have asked for the spreadsheet I used in the class. To save time, I’m posting it here. Follow the link after the jump.
UPDATE: Many of you have asked about the link to the URL where Hydraflow Storm Sewer can be found and asked when it will be active. Updated info after the jump.

Wow. That was fast. The AU Screencasts are already live!
If you attended AU, just login using the same login/password you created to register. Subscription customers can also access the screencasts- probably through the subscription center. I posted my handouts here a few days ago, download those before viewing the screencasts.
Here are the links to each of our sessions:

One of the local agencies we have to submit to typically wants the invert label labeled at the intersection between
the pipe and manhole wall, similar to the picture to the right. See the rest of the post for a quick and easy way to add a pipe label to go to the correct location.
