The Missing Foreword (Sorry, Dan!)

After all the grief we give Autodesk, Dan Philbrick was kind enough to write a foreword for our Mastering AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 book. There were versions and edits and revisions and reviews and revisions to the edits to the reviews, and it finally, we thought had it all set to go. Only it didn't.
