The Part Builder Enigma- Help for 2008

Part Builder is a mystery to us all- ok.. except for maybe one guy in Europe and Nick Z.  Anyway, its been this scantily documented black box of magic for a few releases now. Well somebody in Manchester must love us, because the User's Guide for 2008 (you know the one that was taller than my TRex when printed) has a large illustrated section on Part Builder.
